I live in Santa Cruz, CA,
on the Monterey Bay, where I am surrounded by natural beauty and just
a
drive away from other lovely locales. This gives me the opportunity
to enjoy the challenge
of painting en plein air or to bring interesting
images back to the studio.
Lifescapes in pastel are a continuation of my fondness for expressing the delightful small moments in everyday life. Depicting these moments has also been the primary focus of my ceramic art.
